You would have to have the web server check the existance of the file
instead of CF.  If you are using IIS, this is how you do it:

Open MMC
Right click on the web site and then click on properties.
Click on the Home Directory tab
Click on the Configuration button
Click on the .CFM item in the list box
Check the "Check that file exists" box

Click on all the OKs and Applies to save...
