The rds (and ftp) servers are listed on the 'Files' tab of the 'Resource
tab', under My Computer
("Allaire FTP & RDS").
Just right click and choose 'Delete server'/
BTW, if you right click and choose properties, just to check something, then
click 'OK', it helpfully removes all your development mappings for that
server - nice feature.
