Are you trying to pass a URL and a value? IF so, you would want to use a
"?" in between the end of the url and the value. I'm not sure if this is
what you want, but it should be fairly easy to do. Try:

<A href="#NewDeals.CouponURL#?#NewDeals.RetailerCC#">

I'm not sure if that is what your looking for. What are the two values?
Examples?
