HELP to Browse CF locally without an internet connection ???

hi am trying to set my system up so that I can browse my cf website =
locally without there needing to be an internet connection

when the connection is up I can browse htt://127.0.0.1 etc etc without a =
problem being able to access all pages of the site

however if I try and browse the pages without an internet connection I =
get the window asking me to connect to the internet

even with the off line browser pack for ie 5 I still have the same =
problem

any suggestions how to rectify this would be appreciated
