I have married the Palm DeviceID to a user in a user table. I then check
the Palm DeviceID that gets passed against the user database. If it matches
I let them in, otherwise no. It is not fool-proof, but is fairly easy to
implement by placing a formfield with the value="%DEVICEID", in the starting
PQA page. I then carry it around as a hidden formfield from page to page.
