Here I have a field "Status" in my insert form for which there are 3 radiobuttons
1)Citizen
2)Greencardholder
3)Other
The candidate can click on any of the radiobutton and that should be inserted in the
database after clicking the submit button.
Can any one please help me,I know it must be easy but I am not able to do it
