Studio 4.5.1 Before I start Studio, I have ~55% resources free (performance tab of system properties). After I start Studio, I have less than 15%. If I have just a few other apps open, this drops to ~4%. Usually, I can get some work done in here before it starts dying on me. It's getting worse, though. I have a hard time believing that this little development studio could take up such a large amount of resources. Is anyone else experiencing this? To this extent? If I have Outlook, PCDocs, and a browser open, I hit 4% when bringing up Studio's preferences. I can't even think about firing up SQL 7's enterprise manager or the query analyzer. I had this problem with Studio 4.01, but not as bad.. I was hoping the upgrade would have fixed that "little" problem. Is there anything that I can do besides giving up on using Studio? I don't want to, but if I can't use it, there's no sense in keeping it. Win98se, Studio 4.5.1, VSS 6 (not running, but mapped to the projects), IE5.5, Office 2000. -Jeff ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Archives: http://www.eGroups.com/list/cf-talk To Unsubscribe visit http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists&body=lists/cf_talk or send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with 'unsubscribe' in the body.
