I have had great support from Lyris. One time the president of the company
even called me on my cell phone and I all I wanted to know was if a certain
feature was in the product. I have had great experiences from these folks
and their mail system is really fast.

Yes, Lyris is great, if you can get it to work.
The Lyris folks weren't able to tell me how to
get it running on my system. I gave up on it.
