Thanks to Rey Bongo at www.forumspot.org for the good catch and helping me
get this fixed.
The solution to the problem is to make sure that you have attachments turned
on in both places. I had one but not the other.
Step 1.
Conference Manager --> Select your conference --> Select Options button -->
check the box File Upload Enabled.
Step 2.
Conference Manager --> select your conference --> select Groups button -->
highlight the group name e.g. Everyone --> select the Rights... button -->
check the box Attach documents

Subject: File upload/attachment button not available in Forums
When I activate file upload in the administrator it does not show up in a
conference forum as an option. I see the advanced button, but when I click
on it the screen looks exactly the same (except the advanced button is
gone). I do not get an attachments button at the very bottom.
Administrator can see the attachment button but no existing users can. Any
suggestions?
