Thanks to all who responded with CF ISPs who host on unix. The other
suggestions:
tricreations.com CF on Solaris
pwebtech.com CF on Solaris
seanet.com no reference to CF on their website, didn't
call
VirtualScape CF on NT only
Before these responses from the list, I tried many of the ISPs on Ben
Forta's site with no success. The vast majority were NT only. A
couple(didn't document, sorry) said they were still examining the
security on the Linux version but were not offering it yet.
