Yes. Simply edit the registry to indicate the desired directory. You can
also add new directories, which is what happens when you install Spectra:
REGEDIT
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\CustomTags]
"CFMLTagSearchPath"="E:\\Program
Files\\allaire\\spectra,E:\\CFUSION\\CustomTags"
