I don't know if they will charge you or not. I know how you feel, though. I
have encrypted an entire application it took me several weeks to develop,
before I knew about source control. I ended up rewriting it from scratch.
sigh.
But developers who try to protect their applications and hard-won knowledge
by encryption are hesitant to decrypt templates, pretty much for the same
reason they encrypt them.
