I very much doubt that it will have been CFMAIL. CFMAIL writes files into
the following directories:
\cfusion\mail\log
\cfusion\mail\spool
\cfusion\mail\undelivr
Sounds possibly like you've logged in as another user or something like that
and set up a new identity/inbox for Outlook.
Suggestions:
1) Check you're looking at the correct identity
2) Check that you're logged on as the correct user.
3) Think about what else you were doing at the time.
