Depends on your version. If you have ACT! 3.0 I believe you are screwed.
If you have ACT! 2000 (AKA ACT! 5.0) or ACT 4.0 you are in luck (sort of).

You will probably need the ACT SDK to obtain the ODBC driver, you can get it
from http://service.actsoftware.com/act_support/sdk/sdk.php3
PS. ACT! has been sold off and Symantec no longer own it.
