Smad, I hope you understand Chris was joking. Or at least giving you a
vague answer to match your question. The reason your question is so vague
is because it's not like there's one function or method to accomplish what
you want. I can try to give you a general idea of what one way of doing it
might be - you will have to set up a table of user preferences and make each
of the things you want the user to be able to control be a field. Then link
the user table to the preferences table via a foreign key in the preference
table. Then just build your cf pages to handle all the logic so that users
can change the row in the preference table that is linked to their userid,
and display everything based on queries to the preference table... But I
can't be more detailed then this without actually starting to build your
site for you! Seriously, I hope this gets you started.
