You can create a .reg file that makes the appropriate registry entries for
the default start page.. I did such a thing on one of my previous site
(www.redriverok.com) -- I'm sure there's a similar method with Netscape. Of
course, if Netscape uses file storage as opposed to registry, you could
always utilize Javascript, using the FileSystem object.
