I believe sandbox security is only available on the Enterprise edition.

We are running Cold Fusion Professional Edition 4.0.1 on Windows NT 4.0 SP
5. We are trying to use the Sandbox feature of the Advanced Security area
but we do not have the check-box "Use Security Sandbox Settings" on the main
panel of the Advanced Server Security and we do not have the the Security
Sandbox button at the bottom of the page either.
