More seriously, you should stop touching the db peroid. And immediately make
another copy it to someplace else on the hard drive.

Some databases don't actually physically purge the data after you delete it.
At least not immediately. I honestly don't recall in sql server/access 2000
how it works in this reguard. Or ho you'd go about recovering the data.

Someone else on the list I'm sure probably does. But in the mean time, don't
touch. And back up both old and new files.

And cross your fingers. :)
