Nothing noticeable.  No apparent change in anything (i.e. memory use, speed etc.).  My 
observations were not scientific.  Just general observation of stats and Task Manager. 
 I shut off both settings.

Start with static. Check server load. If that is still OK compress 
cfm's as well. And if you do this on a life server, don't forget to 
tell us how much bandwidth you saved.
