It's a little more complicated than that...

Here's a CFPOP I use:
<cfpop server="172.16.2.7" username="ERA\itis_support\support"
password="...." action="getall" name="mail">

The Username is in domain\username but the next bit is the Exchange mailbox
alias (which each mailbox with have-check in Exchange Admin)
