Ryan, Unless you can find someone who happens to have an old copy of it, you are probably out of luck. Microsoft pushes ISA anyway. I used Proxy Server at a former job and was mostly satisfied with it's performance. I would have preferred to use a router and firewall if the boss would have supported it, though.
