I saw it in the 4.5.1 EE New Features list, right at the top. Here's what it
said:
"New spool interval setting
A new setting in the ColdFusion Administrator mail page allows you to
define the interval ColdFusion uses to process spooled mail."
In the CF Administrator, when you click on the Mail link under
Miscellaneous, you should see the setting.
