Well, with just a little effort, you can find the following on
Macromedia's web site (hint: it's under Returns & Cancellations in the
Store part of their site):

"How do I return an order?

You can return products purchased from the Macromedia Online Store for
a refund, within 30 days of your purchase. Follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account from the Online Store, then click Order
History from the navigation bar.
2. Locate the order number for the specific product that youd like to
return. Click on the order number to go to the Order Detail page.
3. Click the Request a Return button to get to the Request Return
page. From here, select the quantity and reason for return and click
Verify Return again.
4. Verify your selection and click Submit Return.
5. You will be sent detailed return instructions by e-mail within 48
hours. Once Macromedia confirms that your product(s) have been
successfully returned, we will then process your credit."
