There isn't anything you have to do specifically within CF; you install the
server certificate to the web server, you install client certificates on the
clients, and you call CFML scripts using https:// instead of http://.

Also, on an unrelated note, it doesn't do much good to mark messages as
confidential or of high importance when sending to a public mailing list.
