That's somewhat a subjetive thing, depending upon your learning style and what areas of flash are you interested in. For me it was a combiniation of books, tutorials, source code and just playing around in flash work environment. I have a bit of gui design experience so that helped with the visual end of things. As for actionscript, try O'Rielly's ActionScript The Definitive Guide. HTH
