I don�t write installer code, but at least ASK the user if they are
using IIS with multiple sites.  

Pretty easy fix.

wrong, by default it's setup for _1_ website which is what they want you
to 
see, the speed of one website... kicking this to false will see some 
speedbumps, but it hasn't bothered me any so far.  I make sure my 
development server is turned to false too...
