Just some thoughts...I haven't seen this bug before. Have you tried changing the @import to a <link>, did it have any effect? Also how about trying the transitional dtd? -//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd
