Sorry, but I'm inclined to disagree.

First, this is the internet.  Mike is in California, where I would assume
the Amber Alert is, I am not.  Thus, the Amber Alert notification would not
be for the region where the vast majority of people on this list live (which
would be everywhere but California).  Second, the SNR is high enough here
anyway.  Let the Amber Alert work in its standard channels (highway signs,
TV, Radio) and let this list focus on CF.

I know this sounds callous, I'm a parent, but it's how I feel.
