I wasn't gonna post, but since my box is getting so much noise, I just had to..... First off I dont even know what an Amber alert is so in that instance I cant/couldn't help you.....(based in UK).
As everyone states, I really do think this is a CF-Community or other community based list rather than here..... As I said above, its just filling my inbox with noise which is clouding the real data and knowledge...
