Yes I did.  I understood it too considering that I used to contact my 
Allaire rep directly about volumne pricing.  The VLO is a point based 
system, the more you buy the bigger discount you get on _future_ 
purchases.

"Purchase levels allow customers to achieve deeper volume discounts based 
on the cumulative point total over a rolling eight-quarter (24 month) 
period."

Did you call them and ask?  Sometimes physically picking up the phone and 
talking to a human works better than email.
