The logos are "Macromedia Certified Professional" and another for the specific product for which you were certified. You can use both/either, but the licensing for them specifies you must have a current certification.
You cannot download these from our site (if you find them there, let me know, it's a mistake!) I'm trying to get the specifics on the dates of when the CF5 cert test will no longer be given, estimated date on the CFMX, and how long the CF5 cert will remain a "current" cert (I think they call it "grandfathering" - usually a good long while after the test moves to the next version).
