I have, and yes I am 99% sure that they are either using
authorize.net's software or are just reselling. I ended up writing a
tag to interface with them not knowing at the time it was
authorize.net. Boy was I annoyed when I saw the actual authorize.net
api docs. I could have just downloaded it.
