There is a problem with our file upload feature in our content management system. I've never seen this before. The form returns "Page cannot be displayed" when submitting certain files.
They are large files (2-3MB), PPT or Word, containing screenshots. The only way we can make it work is by removing or shrinking some photos. The starnge thing about it is that larger files containing less or no screenshots work fine so it's not filesize but something specific about those files. Marketing is not interested in modifying their files , as they shouldn't have to! Has anyone seen anything like this before?
