I've not made the amazon one work. however in-house we have made a webservice, using ASP.NET, which awaits a soap transmission, used the cfinvoke tag to send "One parameter", received "One response" and displayed it. However, be ready, cfmx and cfinvoke can only handle webservices that return "one" response. it shits on itself as soon as you try to get back more than "one" or even try to consume a webservice that "could" return more than "one" response.
