I had a feeling this was the case ... I mean... An email message is just a
flat text file ultimately right? ... So if I wanted an email header called
NameOfNeighborsBeagle I could have one. :) Although I doubt many email
clients ( or servers ) would care what his name is. :)

I have a tough time reading anything the IETF write,
but here's some info on RFC 2821 ( I think )
