I've not followed the full thread so I do not know if anyone has posted a fix or
not, but if you
want to remove toolbars ..
say i want to remove the asp toolbar.
I deleted the asp.tbr from /userdata/toolbars
Then I opened QuickBar.dat and removed the reference there.
opened Toolbar.dat and removed the reference there as well....
restarted Hs+ and ta da.....no asp tool bar, and it is removed from the list in
the customize
dialogue.....
no guarantees of anything.....and if you system takes a shit. not my fault.
