I can shed a bit of light ...

The whole concept of building a flashmx site is vastly different from a conventional 
site using only cfm templates.

First of all, you don't have to worry about sessions because the client will not be 
clicking from page-to-page. Instead, the client moves from frame-to-frame inside the 
one flash movie.  This can be accomplished by placing a button on the movie that has a 
'nextFrame()' action attached to it.

I can email a very simple example app to you if you wish.

Hi...

i want to build a dynamic auction site using cfmx and the
userinterfdace being totally using flashmx....but really am not getting
how to implement the sessions in the cfm templates and how do u
navigate to the next page in flash.
the basic problem why iam getting confused is that i will be loading
all the swf files onto the browser as soon as the site is clicked..
thats the part iam really not able to figure out how to work it out...

can anyone throw some light please
