Why not just drop a cookie onto that user banning them? Most trolls are
usually too dense to delete cookies...

Would this help Identify a user or just the computer maker. We have a
soccer site for kids and I have someone I would like to block from posting.
There IP is dynamic but I see this on the browser type and wondering if that
would help. But I have a lot entries with that code for browser type.
I'm trying to avoid user name. Just to block a couple of bad apples.

Thanks for the help
