Steve,
        CFMX is supported for Windows, Linux & a handful of other Unix
systems.  You can port certain features of CFMX to OSX using the Unix
version of CFMX because OSX is now Unix based.  FlashCom is only
supported on the Windows platform now, but when the Linux/Unix version
comes out, you'd probably be able to port it over to some degree.

        However, I'm not much of a unix/linux/osx buff so someone please
correct me if I misspoke.  Also, does the fact that CFMX is Java based
have barring on why it can be ported to OSX?  If so, then OSX may not be
able to use a Unix version of FlashCom.
