Run...run for the hills!!! ;-)

I started with a company in NY (Virtualscape) which was great and then they
were taken over by Hostcentric.  Well trech support dropped from immeadiate
help to absolute crap (response time measured in weeks).  Being in Canada
and having to call them CONSTANTLY for tech support issues because of
downtime etc. it would have been nice if their Canadian 800 number actually
worked...but NOOooooOOooooo.  So I paid a tonne of long distance dealing
with a bunch of inept fools.

Wow...was that all in my outside voice ;-)

I will qualify this rant with the fact that this was almost 2 years ago and
mabye they've gotten their act together by now (mergers can be tough...right
Macromedia...hehe).
