We're in the midst of a minor disagreement about the location of the
default 404 error message delivered by CF (_not_ the web server default;
we started abusing that one long ago). I'm pretty sure that it's being
spat directly out of the application server, but others claim that there's
a page installed somewhere that can be modified.
Anyone able to offer a definitive answer?
