There is no significant difference between CF Studio 5 and Homesite+. Homesite 5 doesn't have the ability to connect to a CF server via RDS, which can be used to browse the filesystem or datasources of that CF server through the web server, but other than that I don't think there's any other significant difference between it and the others.
