Are you referring to the CFAdmin? If so, you can just go to it by entering http://localhost/cfide/administrator. However, if you are referring to the Administrator section of WinXP, it is hidden. If you need to get the link back, right-click on the Start button, click Properties, Click Customize, then the Advanced tab, then scroll to the bottom and click on one of the first two radio buttons.
