I've had this same problem using .sit files between Mac and PC ... When I move a .sit to my PC for storage and then bring it over to a Mac to use it, the file is corrupt. I believe it has something to do with Binary/ASCII file transfers, but I'm not sure.
HQX works just fine though - odd. Here's the scenario: Administrators upload StuffIt files to the CMS via CFFILE. The files upload without error, and can be opened on the PC just fine. However, when trying to download and reopen the file from a Mac, the file is seen as corrupt by StuffIt Expander (which happens to be the same program which originally compressed the file). Any ideas? TIA, Scott ---- Scott Van Vliet Eclipse Advertising, Inc.
