I need ideas/suggestions on tools to stress test a very complex CF 5 application.
I have used Microsoft's Web Application Stress Tool before (may have the name slightly wrong), but don't think it will suffice in this case. Mainly because it craps out my computer when I try to record a script. The actions performed and/or data posted between pages is done through Form fields, URL parameters, or Client variables. Pages are VERY dynamic - javascript WDDX, and using IFrames to query/update data without reloading a page. Off the top of my head, I can't see any easy way to make the scripts for the MS tool. Any suggestions for a free/low cost testing solution that could handle the above type of application? Thanks a bunch.
