The fact that the page works right without CFCACHE means that the server is
able to respond to your browser. If CFHTTP fails, then that's a slightly
different issue; the server, for some reason, isn't able to respond to the
CFHTTP request. You can test this by using CFHTTP from another page to
request the problem page, and see what happens.
