Find the ascii value for the character and do a ReReplace upon the info
going into the text field should do it.

Hold on, maybe the html encding doesnt understand the character (the email
did nt either btw). Could it have something to do with the doctype of the
html page? I know theres a set of scientific characters for XML but not sure
how that would apply to html/cf.

haven't got an answer but maybe that will give you something to look into?

I'm unable to paste the character into a text field. Does anyone know a
work-around which will allow the 'full range' of characters to be pasted
into a text field?
