I appreciate that. I would like to fix the problem rather then replace it :)
That's like cutting your finger off when you have a hang nail :).

Anyway I have confirmed there aren't mail server issues.  There is no
antivirus running, and I disabled our backup tools to ensure no file locking
was occurring.

The mailsent log shows it sending tons of time, but its definitely NOT my
code.  I am not just stomping my feet saying that and not looking it over.
Its been reviewed and reviewed also I added the cflog to ensure the module
writing the mail wasn't running over and over.
