Yes, this is a problem. You need to move somethign of that drive. Presuming a standard setup, if you get a lot of traffic some day your webserver logfiles fill up, because the machine is under load the email accumulates in the spoodir and before you know it your system goes down. What you move is up to you. The swapfile is just one option. Another one is all logfiles (CF, webserver, DTS etc.), mailspool and the tempdir. Or move the webroot. Or move the databases. Or move them all to their own drive/partition. It depends quite a bit on what you are doing on that machine.
