I'm confused.. My first thought was a frame. Arguments could be made that using a frame is leaving the members-only site, at least for a single frame.
Are you ( they ) really looking for a copy of the complete site, including "your" look and feel? Or do they just want to be able to display the data? Can you just create an XML version of your site's data and give them access to it?
